Hello everyone,

Over the years, one thing has become very clear to us:

Many passionate chess coaches genuinely love teaching but struggle with everything around it.

The curriculum. The operations. The branding. The student management.
The systems behind running a centre consistently.

That’s exactly why we started the Chess Gaja Franchise Partner Program.

The idea is simple: You focus on teaching.

We help with the infrastructure behind it.

From curriculum and training support to technology, branding, and operational guidance, the goal is to make it easier for passionate coaches and entrepreneurs to build a structured chess learning environment in their city.

Whether you’re already coaching students, planning to start a chess centre, or simply curious about building something meaningful around chess, this could be an interesting next step.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t teaching chess.

It’s building everything around it.

At the same time, we’ve also been thinking deeply about another side of chess improvement:

Questions.

Because often, improvement doesn’t begin with a new opening or tactic.
It begins with asking better questions.

How do I handle tournament pressure?
How should I recover after losses?
Am I training the right way?
What actually matters at my level?

That’s why we started Ask a Grandmaster a space where students and parents can directly send their questions to GM Priyadharshan.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve received many thoughtful questions from all of you, and GM has already started answering them through YouTube videos and upcoming content.

If there’s something you’ve always wanted to ask about chess improvement, you can submit your question here:

And if you haven’t already, do subscribe to our YouTube channel more answers, lessons, and practical chess insights will be coming in the next few weeks.
